These tracks were born with me and Suno, and I almost always use melodies of my own. Then lightly post-processed using DAWs for EQ and gain adjustments, and occasional editing. According to Suno’s terms of service, since the songs were created under an active subscription, the commercial rights belong to me, and my tracks are registered with Content ID. In addition: Every track features lyrics provided by me. For instrumental tracks, the lack of lyrics is a deliberate artistic choice, making the instrumentation itself the core narrative. Each track is titled personally. The production of the entire albums took thousands of hours of dedication. I am not selling the rights to these songs; unauthorized remixes, reproductions, or commercial use of these tracks are strictly prohibited: ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

EXCEPTION FOR CLUBS, FESTIVALS, AND RADIO STATIONS: As an exception to the above, public clubs, music festivals, and radio stations are granted exclusive permission to publicly play and broadcast my tracks completely royalty-free, but strictly in their original form. Any modification, cutting, or altering of the music is strictly prohibited. I am not a member of Artisjus or any other collective rights management organization, meaning no performance royalties are owed to third parties for playing these tracks.
